Senior Solicitor / Team / Partner, Corporate – Dundee or Edinburgh

Exciting opportunity to join this growing Corporate Team in Edinburgh or Dundee. The firm is going through a sustained period of growth and entering the next stage of its succession planning. The team advises companies, large, medium and small in relation to Mergers and Acquisitions, funding rounds, investments, share issues, buy backs and reconstructions, start ups, contractual arrangements, employment contracts, licensing arrangements, R&D co-operation and other commercial and business agreements.

The firm is keen to hear from candidates with at least 5 years’+ PQE and who have strong corporate experience. A competitive salary is on offer. There are also genuine prospects for partnership within this expanding and busy firm.
