Our Global Delivery Center is seeking a design‑savvy Business Analyst/Solution Consultant to support Solution Delivery opportunities in the Customer Success Group team. You will lend expertise to the delivery of world‑class Salesforce implementations, building valuable relationships internally and externally to become recognized as a world‑class business transformation expert.

Your Impact

You will work directly with customers to meet their business needs. You will create detailed requirement documentation, coordinate the development of comprehensive assets for the Omni Studio Platform, educate customers about product capabilities, identify gaps, and serve customers through digital channels.
