Qualifications
- Professional Chef Qualification / Culinary Diploma (essential)
- Food Safety and Hygiene Certification (advantageous)
- Minimum 46 years experience in professional kitchens
- At least 23 years experience in a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef role
- Experience in luxury hospitality, lodges, or fine dining environments is highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of a la carte, buffet, and plated service
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent culinary knowledge and creativity
- High attention to detail and presentation
- Strong understanding of food costing and stock control
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and menu adaptation
