The role of Senior Sous Chef
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef to work in a new opening near Liverpool Street, working closely with an experienced Executive Chef and Founder who are very passionate about sustainability, innovative flavour combinations and fermentation. As Senior Sous Chef, you’ll be instrumental in the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing fast‑paced services for up to 150+ covers. You’ll work with exceptional ingredients to cook with quality fresh dishes which are well thought out.
- 48 hours/7 shifts per week.
