Job Description
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reports to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, pipeline health, and conversion rates
- Analyse historical sales data to predict future trends and assist leadership in setting accurate sales targets and quotas
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), performing regular audits and data cleansing
- Use data modelling to provide recommendations for sales territory alignment and equitable quota distribution
- Evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation sources and monitor pipeline velocity to identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle
- Synthesize external market data with internal sales metrics to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats
- Provide deep-dive analysis for special projects, such as product launches or pricing strategy evaluations
