Job Description
Responsibilities
- To oversee and coordinate maintenance activities for all farms, including utilities, machinery, buildings, and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- To establish, review, and enforce preventive maintenance schedules, SOPs, and work standards across all farms.
- To monitor equipment performance, breakdown trends, and maintenance KPIs, and recommend corrective and improvement actions.
- To provide technical support and problem‑solving for complex maintenance issues escalated from farm teams.
- To coordinate with farm managers, contractors, vendors, and suppliers on maintenance works, repairs, and improvement projects.
- To manage maintenance‑related CAPEX and OPEX planning, budget monitoring, and cost optimization initiatives.
