Job Description

In this role, you will drive the implementation of AI and CRM technologies across HR, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. You will act as a technical bridge between HR stakeholders and IT, ensuring scalable, compliant, and user‑centric solutions that support the full employee lifecycle. 

Required  
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 
8+ years of experience in HR Technology, HRIS, or CRM‑based platforms 
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform 
Proven experience in CRM governance, release management, and configuration management 
Solid understanding of core HR processes and global HCM modules 
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills 
Preferred  
Experience implementing AI‑driven solutions within HR or CRM environments
