The HR Global Process Design Team within Corporate HR MKS plays a central role in supporting the agenda of the CHRO and HR Leadership Team. As a key element of the HR Strategic Plan, MKS HR will document all HR processes following a holistic framework to document, improve and understand all HR activities.

As Senior Specialist, HR Transformation (M/F/d) you will be part of a truly global, tight-knit, and motivated team, and enjoy the opportunity to drive the success of HR and MKS as a corporation. This position reports to the Senior Program Manager HR , located in Berlin Germany, who reports to the Senior Director Talent and Org Development in USA. The work will be carried out mainly virtually and requires a high degree of flexibility and autonomy, depending on strategic needs.
