In this role, you will translate complex data into clear, trusted insights that enable better decision-making across People & Culture and the broader business. You will design intuitive, fit-for-purpose dashboards and reporting solutions, creating seamless self-serve access to accurate, timely insights while reducing manual effort.
You will analyse performance trends, identify root causes of key variances, and partner closely with governance and business stakeholders to inform practical, considered actions.
