Senior Specialist - OD & Workforce Planning

The purpose of this role is to conduct specialized in‑depth studies in terms of organization structure and strategic workforce planning, implement organization development programs, and propose viable strategies to sustain an efficient and effective organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Organization Design Support : Design, evaluate, and implement organizational structures aligned with corporate strategy; conduct structural diagnosis and provide insights on effectiveness, spans, layers, and operating model design; develop organizational scenarios and recommend design options highlighting trade‑offs and business implications; prepare job‑design frameworks ensuring alignment with role clarity, accountability and career progression.
