At Goodyear Iberia, we are expanding our HR team and are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist Iberia to join us on a part‑time basis (20 hours/week). In this role, you will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery for Spain and Portugal, acting as the key link between Goodyear and external payroll providers, while supporting employees and business stakeholders with expert payroll guidance. You will report to the Payroll Manager Europe South, based in France, and play a key role in driving payroll excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across Iberia.
