Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Independent preparation of cost estimates in various planning phases of large-scale construction projects
- Feasibility Study, Concept Design, Basic Design and Detail Design (service phases 0-7 according to HOAI)
- Participation in cost control in the execution phase, cross-checking actual costs with target costs and writing them back into the calculation
- Creation of benchmarks for various project phases, e.g. according to the end product method, physical dimension method, according to actual performance values
- Evaluation and mass determination of technical drawings and R/I diagrams
- Application of the following methods:
- Physical Dimension Method
- Capacity Factor Method
- End Product Units Method
- Parametric Method
- Detailed Estimating Methodologies
- Preparation of a Quantitative Risk Analysis
