Senior Specialist-Rail Operations

Oversee and enhance the security performance of metro and tram operations by monitoring contractor compliance, coordinating with external agencies, and ensuring effective implementation of security standards, emergency preparedness, and information security requirements across all rail systems.

• Review, monitor, and make improvement recommendations on the security performance of the O&M contractor covering metro and tram stations, train and tram services, incident handling, and car park management.
• Review and assess all security-related matters to ensure the O&M contractor can meet operational and maintenance requirements and long-term security plans.
