The Senior Specialist: Retail Media Insights & Monetisation is responsible for supporting the development and enablement of insight led Retail Media strategy through the analysis, interpretation, and optimisation of customer, campaign, behavioural, and monetisation data across Massmart’s Alternative Revenue portfolio. The role is required to support the integration of data insights into Retail Media strategic planning, audience monetisation opportunities, campaign optimisation frameworks, commercial reporting, and omnichannel advertising initiatives.
