Strategy
- Follow up on RTA financial performance and centralized department progress; support in status reviews and deliver recommended actions for timely decisions.
- Assist in managing the statistical database and performance indicators programme; monitor status, share knowledge on standards, and suggest improvements to support decision-making and timely, informed decisions.
- Support application of the governance framework and enhance the efficiency of statistical database and performance indicators (KPI) program; review status, share knowledge on standards, and recommend improvements and actions to strengthen decision-making and enable timely, informed decisions.
