Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Demand and Supply Alignment: Serve as the primary interface between PSS business divisions and operations teams to align demand forecasts with production capabilities, ensuring sufficient capacity is secured.
• Capacity Analysis & Planning: Perform regular bottleneck analyses and monitor capacity loading across short-, mid-, and long-term planning horizons, ensuring back-end resources are fully utilized.
• Investment Optimization: Drive optimization of capital expenditure (CapEx) by critically evaluating and justifying equipment investment requests to meet demand and forecast requirements.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Partner closely with supply chain planning, Operations Planning & Controlling (OPC), and external subcontractors (OSATs) to resolve capacity constraints or supply challenges.
