Senior Staff Engineer Unit Process Engineering

Responsible for developing a robust process and continuously driving improvement in yield and quality to meet KPIs.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

• Accountable for and drive 8D closure of FAR, MRB, DDM, and SCAR.
• Participate in and support internal and external audits.
• Lead yield and quality improvement projects as well as cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide technical consultation and guidance to ensure team success in daily tasks and projects.
• Serve as a technical expert in GCM, NLoP, NLoZD, regarding new material, process, and method qualification.

Your Profile

You are best suited for this role if you have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, Mechatronics, or Semiconductor Technology.
• Knowledge and experience in EOL processes, production line control, productivity, and process improvement.
