Senior/Staff Software Engineer, AI/ML

We are seeking a product-minded software engineer who can design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered solutions and is capable of working on complex AI/ML systems. This individual will be one of a handful of engineers expected to impact the entire product suite that we offer, helping us become an AI-native organization. What will you be doing? Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered solutions using models like OpenAI and modern orchestration techniques (RAG, agents). Build critical AI initiatives such as our chatbot, recommendation engine, and search functionalities.
