Test Strategy & Development

• Develop cost‑effective and high‑efficiency test solutions for GaN and Silicon device families.
• Create, debug, and release test programs on discrete testers and mixed‑signal ATE platforms. Lead the transition of legacy platforms to new technology nodes.

Hardware Design & Requirements

• Lead the design reviews and acceptance of high‑performance test interface hardware provided by external vendors.
• Design test hardware including load boards, probe heads, and sockets.
• Define test hardware requirements based on device specifications and characterization data.

Execution & Sustaining

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) through validation, release, and yield ramp activities.
• Provide sustaining support for production products and test platforms.
