Senior Storekeeper

James L Williams Middle East (JLW) is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Storekeeper to join our Stores team and support our growing Data Centre projects across the region.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify materials against Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders in coordination with project and QA QC teams
• Prepare Material Receipt Vouchers and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials
• Ensure materials are stored, handled, and preserved in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and project requirements
• Issue materials to site teams based on approved Store Issue Vouchers and maintain accurate location tracking of all issued materials
• Monitor and maintain project inventory stock levels and material movement records to ensure availability and accuracy
• Prepare material status reports including materials received, issued, balance stock, and pending deliveries
