Responsible for coordinating and delivering the regional needs of Market Mapping and Talent Pipelining activities and supporting the implementation of digital tools for TA. Source, develop and nurture a pipeline of industry experts and future leaders for pre‑identified key positions to support growth in all markets.
Provide market insights for key talent segments and enable Givaudan to hire the best talent on the market at an optimal time with the least business interruption as part of Global Talent Acquisition at Givaudan, while ensuring that the process is efficient and consistent.
