JOB SUMMARY

This role requires a Hybrid schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in office.

This job supports the design & execution of the company's strategic planning process, the development and execution of key strategic initiatives for the organization, and supports strategic activities for the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for a range of responsibilities based on given project to include, but not limited to, elements of project management, problem-solving, data analytics, communication and implementation. Assists in the development of strategy for initiatives, assists leadership in defining organizational strategy across the portfolio of the business, and identify new opportunities providing insights and recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative research and analysis.
