The Team

Jobber’s Business Strategy team is a force multiplier and catalyst for medium to long-term strategic planning & execution. The team serves as a partner and sounding board to the Senior Leadership team and works on critical strategic initiatives and high-impact opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, high-impact group with significant cross‑functional exposure.

The Role

As an early member of this team, the Senior Strategy & Operations Manager will play an impactful role in translating high-level strategy into more granular detail, identifying key opportunities and challenges, and turning these into key projects and initiatives across functional and cross-functional teams.
