The primary purpose of this position is to provide developmental experience designed to broaden the skills and/or enhance the leadership perspective of an identified high potential manager / executive candidate; it is not a continuing position, and assignment duration is NTE 36 months. Responsibilities DUTY 1: Serves as the strategic and integrated planning advisor/technical expert consultant and represents the USAF in matters relating to enterprise-wide civil engineering activities and discussions with the SAF, HAF, DoW agencies, Air Force Installation Mission Support Center (AFIMSC), Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), as well as the MAJCOM civil engineer staffs.
