Senior Superintendent - Powerline Construction

As a Senior Superintendent, you are responsible for the smooth functioning of day‑to‑day field operations on power utility construction projects. You will lead the development of project plans, monitor performance, anticipate client needs on construction issues, and identify solutions.

Essential Responsibilities

• Ensure that projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, applicable building codes, and maintain high quality standards in labor and materials.
• Lead development of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and ensure PQP conformance.
• Lead development of the Project Specific Safety Program (PSSP), recommend changes and areas for improvement, and lead the incident investigation process.
• Review and update the construction schedule on large and complex projects, ensuring milestones and completion dates are met, and lead solution development for scheduling issues.
