C2 English level (especially in writing);
Experience in communication and writing;
Familiarity with the LGBTQIA+ community and related topics;
Leadership skills;
Experience in providing feedback and quality-reviewing;
Full-time availability.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through our in-app chat tool and support email (no telephone calls);
Attend mandatory team meetings, trainings, and 1on1s with your supervisor;
Study communication procedures, guidelines, and policies as they get updated;
Complete written assignments and biweekly tests;
