Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled technical engineer  with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and developing IT solutions, specifically focused on L3/L4 support  for in-house applications at State Street . This role involves: 
Diagnosing and resolving complex developer issues. 
Maintaining and enhancing application stability and performance. 
Managing release cycles and overseeing day-to-day deliverables. 
Handling major incidents and coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve production issues efficiently. 
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, technical depth, and the capability to work collaboratively across departments in a dynamic enterprise environment.
