Senior Support Engineer

2HC: 1HC-APAC/EMEA shift 1HC-nightshift  

 Must Have - Python
Django, openshift (Even Developer also ok if they are interested in shift
& weekend support)  

F2F interview is must (Any DHL location)  

Techno functional consultant SME with direct
experience in at least two of these areas:  

Python Django Framework, LLMs,
Prompt Engineering, Rest API, or Customs product knowledge.  

Task Description: Functional Skillset  

• Document extraction lifecycle ownership (onboarding → configuration → UAT → production
support)  

• Requirement analysis for field-level data extraction across diverse document
types (Invoice, Booking, Customs, etc.)  

• Issue triage and root cause analysis (prompt vs data vs
integration/system)  

• Stakeholder coordination (Business, Vendor, IT) for onboarding and production
