**POSITION SUMMARY**
The Senior Surgical Equipment Repair Manager provides strategic direction, leadership, and operational oversight for a designated surgical equipment modality. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, team development, and achievement of financial and operational objectives while supporting business growth.
**PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Lead and manage day-to-day operations to ensure financial, service, and quality objectives are achieved or exceeded
+ Inspire and develop teams through coaching, feedback, and performance management
+ Oversee staff development, training programs, and workforce optimization across technicians and leadership roles
