The System Administrator 4 is responsible for the provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and related infrastructure. This role supports the Transportation Operations Center and ensures systems adhere to Commonwealth policies, standards, and security guidelines while providing Tier 1 through Tier 3 support. Responsibilities: Respond to Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support requests. Provide exceptional customer service to users with varying levels of technical expertise. Communicate effectively with teammates and customers. Respond to break/fix requests associated with end-user resources. Configure and deploy Linux (Red Hat) and Windows server operating systems.
