Job Description
Responsibilities
- Determine business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
- Assess existing SAP operation processes and recommend improvements.
- Provide support for difficult and complex system environments, assistance, and training to users.
- Act as a trouble‑shooter, successfully identifying system inconsistencies and implementing optimum business solutions and process enhancements.
- Participate in business analysis and technical design sessions with business and technical staff to develop requirement documents and ETL specifications.
- Support business and operational needs such as audit and compliance, both internal and external.
- Strengthen organizational capability and build downstream domain knowledge through facilitation of knowledge transfer sessions for employees.
