Senior System Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanix, and Citrix server systems Support compliance-related activities to ensure regulatory and operational adherence Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to minimize downtime and service disruption Support daily service requests and change management activities Manage IT equipment inventory, including asset tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes Coordinate with vendors and clients for deployments, system refresh activities, and technical initiatives Support project implementation and operational support activities within enterprise IT environments Liaise with users and vendors to understand business requirements and support technical solution delivery Required Skills & Qualifications
