Senior System Management Specialist

Job Description

Senior Systems Management Specialist will be responsible for supporting critical applications and their infrastructure across diverse platforms, including Linux, Windows, and Cloud (On-Prem/Public) environments. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and innovation of RBC’s IT ecosystem, requiring collaboration with internal stakeholders, third-party providers and cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with stakeholder needs.

What will you do?

• Technical Support: Manage application support across users using Linux, Windows, and Cloud (On-Prem/Public).
• Ensure environmental stability in pre-production and production phases.
• Develop tools to automate and troubleshoot issues for the application.
