Senior Systems Analyst (38.25)

POSITION DEFINITION:
The individual in this position reports to the Information Technology Supervisor with the responsibility of providing 24 x 7 support for the Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system, it’s associated application components (, Automic Automation Manager, OpenText Exstream, etc.), and integrations with external cloud-based applications such as Oracle Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) system and Customer Web Self-Service (CSS) solutions. The incumbent works as part of a “hands-on” onsite support team and as a senior systems analyst with extensive experience in all aspects of information technology.
