Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with management team to improve and implement results‑driven recruiting and staffing strategies for domestic and international hiring.
• Design, review and execute strategies for hiring required talents in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipeline through creative sourcing and recruiting methods, including internet resources, advertising campaigns, career fairs, networking and other proactive sourcing approaches.
• Continuously benchmark the company with the best practices in the industry in terms of sourcing. Acquire and track market information on availability of talents.
• Make recommendations on compensation packages, extend job offer and prepare offer letter.
• Manage employee referral and relocation programs.
• Prepare various staffing reports for management on a regular basis.
