• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions
• Supervise and mentor junior Talent Acquisition specialists
• Manage recruitment for multiple projects simultaneously
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals
• Coordinate with hiring managers to meet project staffing requirements
• Monitor recruitment performance and improve hiring processes
