ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a fintech group of companies and support hiring across both technical and business functions.
This is a full-stack recruitment role for someone who is confident working with a wide range of positions — from Engineering, Product, Data, and IT to Operations, Finance, Compliance, Support, Sales, and other business-critical roles.
We’re looking for someone flexible, dynamic, and adaptable, with strong fintech experience, a high level of candidate skills assessment, and a genuine passion for closing challenging roles — including those that may look almost impossible at first.
The role will also involve contributing to AI-driven hiring initiatives and helping us make our recruitment processes smarter, faster, and more scalable.
