About the job Senior Tax Accountant - US
Role:
As the Senior Tax Accountant (US) , you will join our growing global finance team. You will be working closely with other tax and finance team members. You will manage day-to-day compliance work, and drive the company's US tax-related workstreams.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review monthly sales and use tax and reconciling the differences between the NS and Avalara system
- Review and confirm exemption certificates are current and valid
- Experience in back-filing sales and use tax
- Experience in US indirect tax and income tax provision and compliance
- Manage and facilitate directly with local tax authorities on indirect tax and income tax related notices
- Addressing internal/external client inquiries
- Develop and implement opportunities for process standardization and improvement in US tax...
