Senior Team Lead-RTR

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an RTR Tower Lead/ Assistant Manager for the Record to Report process . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Finance and demonstrate exceptional abilities in managing RTR teams through all aspects of the end-to-end process.

1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Management

Organize work for the team according to priorities and planning aligned with Head of RTR AMDS SSF (located in Europe) and periodically report on work progress to this person

Team Management

Manage a team of approximately 20-30 accountants

Journal Entry Oversight

Oversee preparation, review, and posting of complex journal entries (routine and non-routine), ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS. Guide team members on standards and quality.
