Supervise a team of warehouse staffEnsure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retentionOperate the program in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting all requirementsControl and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtimeCustomer complaint managementUphold inventory integrityObtain feedback from program staff and customers for process evaluation and continuous improvementDocumentation of work instructionsConduct On-Job-Training (OJT)Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processingDSV – Global transport and logistics
