Job Summary EOS Defence Systems Pte Ltd seeks a Senior Team Leader to lead R&D in advanced high power and high energy laser systems, driving innovation and development for defence and space applications. Responsibilities Lead research and development of advanced laser system concepts for defence and space applications to deliver innovative solutions. Design and develop multi-kW Continuous Wave (CW) fibre lasers, amplifiers, and multi-Joule pulsed solid state lasers to meet performance targets. Develop multi-beam combination technologies including Coherent Beam Combination and Spectral (Wavelength) Beam Combination to enhance laser system capabilities.
