The role will support product delivery teams, collaborate with stakeholders across government agencies, and ensure that user needs are translated into actionable requirements.

• Accountable for providing product delivery teams with detailed and validated customer and user requirements.
• Advocate for business objectives, priorities, business drivers and impacts and help define success metrics.
• Create user stories, facilitate refinement sessions and other Agile operating rhythms.
