About this role

The Senior Technical Business Analyst will support the Digital Travel portfolio, working across products such as NZTD, Air, and Maritime end‑to‑end traveller and border officer systems. The role reports to the Product Manager – NZTD and is responsible for delivering detailed customer and user requirements, facilitating Agile processes, and ensuring that the development teams build the right solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate customer and user requirements, translating business needs into clear use cases and user stories.
• Advocate for the business’s objectives, priorities, and success criteria to product delivery teams.
• Facilitate refinement sessions and other Agile ceremonies, helping the team break work into manageable, value‑driven increments.
