Senior Technical (Engineering) Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical (Engineering) Manager to lead the technical delivery and coordination of major metro projects across the Middle East. The role will be responsible for ensuring design excellence, technical compliance, and integration across multidisciplinary teams for complex rail infrastructure programs.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Rail Stations and Rail systems and a strong track record delivering large-scale projects in the region.

• Lead and oversee the technical design and engineering delivery of rail projects.
• Ensure alignment with international standards (e.g., EN, IEC, AREMA) and local authority requirements.
• Provide expert guidance across multiple disciplines including:
• Metro Stations (Arch, Civil, Structural, MEP)
• Track & alignment
• Rolling stock
• Signaling & telecoms
