Job Description
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and track repair works to ensure they are completed within the timeframe and standards. Follow up on outstanding tasks and take corrective actions where necessary.
- Coordinate with end users and assign repair tasks to the Task Force team based on priority, urgency, and manpower availability. Provide clear instructions and technical guidance to ensure proper execution of work.
- Ensure high quality of work (review methods, processes and explore innovative methods).
- Ensure team members carry out their duties efficiently and in compliance with WSH regulations, procedures and service standards.
- Assist the team in carrying out minor repair works such as carpentry, plumbing (including clearing chokes), wall/floor repairs, door hardware replacement, painting, and other general building repair tasks where required.
