Hiring: Senior Technical Office Engineer – MEP
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Office Engineer – MEP to join our team for ongoing villa construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and coordinate MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals
- Ensure MEP works comply with project specifications, design standards, and authority requirements
- Coordinate with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and design departments
- Support project execution through technical analysis, planning, and documentation
- Review BOQs, specifications, and construction drawings for accuracy
- Assist with value engineering, cost optimization, and technical problem-solving
- Monitor project progress and provide technical support throughout all phases
