Senior Technical Support Engineer

Working in companys offices in Woodley, London as well as a data centre based in Reading Supporting a wide range of services, including Linux and Windows Server base operating systems. Support the business in answering day-to-day technical support queries. Requirements Take a lead in maintaining VMware and physical server infrastructure based primarily in the Woodley office and Reading Data Centre Ensure critical services run correctly and efficiently Ensure all related backup and recovery activities are carried out promptly and tested regularly Essential Knowledge Proven Ability to build, support and maintain Linux and Microsoft Windows Servers in a VMware or physical server environment.
