Job Description
Key Responsibility:
Advanced Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Lead preventive and corrective maintenance on automation systems such as AS/RS, conveyors, sorters, PLCs, and robotic pick/pack stations.Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues, coordinating with OEMs or engineering teams when needed.Calibrate and test automation components including sensors, drives, motors, and actuators to ensure optimal performance.System Operations & Escalation Support
Act as the escalation point for critical automation failures; provide timely resolution to minimize operational disruptions.Collaborate with operations and IT teams to address system interface issues, including WMS and WCS faults.Support in planning equipment shutdowns and system upgrades with minimal impact to distribution operations.3.
