Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Technician III to join our innovative team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization you will lead advanced technical work utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to support complex construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and implementation of BIM models for complex construction projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM integration
- Manage and coordinate BIM-related aspects of projects including timelines and deliverables
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to BIM implementation
- Mentor and supervise junior BIM technicians overseeing workflow and quality control
