Senior telesales (night-shift)

Job Description

• Conduct outbound calls (Telesales) to customers to introduce and sell sterilizer machines/autoclaves (products related to the nail industry).
• Receive and handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints; perform customer care and sales activities via phone calls, online chat, and email.
• Support product promotion through telemarketing activities.
• Successfully transfer qualified customers to the partners order processing department.
• Update customer information into the companys database.
• Carry out consultation and customer care calls for specific campaigns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Provide training for new staff when necessary.
• Supervise Telesales agents.
• Ensure all KPI targets are achieved.
• Training period: counted as probation period (85% of total salary).
